ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The colour, odour and Flavour of the pumpkin puree is typical of cooked pumpkin.
PROCESSING:
Produced by hand peeling, pulping, blanching, sieving and deaerating the pulp. Then, aseptically processing and packaging in pre-sterilized bags at room temperature.

APPLICATION:
Confoco® Pumpkin Puree is used in the same traditional uses as fresh pumpkin. The Pumpkin puree is used in the same traditional uses as cooked pumpkin. Suitable for soups vegetable preparations, cakes, muffins, pies, bread, baby food and soft food diets.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Six months, when stored at the recommended temperature (15 - 30°C/59 - 86°F) in sealed containers.

Kosher and Halal Certificates available on request. Product is GMO compliant. Plant is HACCP certified.
