In Spain more than 40 different types of honey are produced each from a different type of vegetation, made up of plants adapted to the various terrains and climates found in each region. Only in certain areas are the conditions right for a particular plant to dominate, the honey produced from these flowerings is highly characteristic, with a wide range of differentiating traits.
Each one of these special honeys has a distinctive colour, aroma and taste which clearly differentiate them. As well as these characteristics there are other differences in the composition of the various honeys that can also be monitored: the
content of sugar, mineral salts, highly bio-active enzymes, etc.
EL BREZAL has chosen seven varieties of these selected honeys, Rosemary, Orange Blossom Flower, Eucalyptus, Mountain and Forest and Thyme. The range is completed with Beepollen and Honey with Royal Jelly and Honey with Ginseng.
The range is packed in glass jars of 250gr. and 500gr. and plastci bottles of 350gr.
