The wolfberry’s extractive, its Latin name is um barbarum L, powder in claybank. Its main component is Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides, with molecular weight 22-25kd, composed of 6 monose as arabinose, glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and rhamnose, containing 20% and 50% UV. The molecular formula of netaine is  , molecular weight is 117.15, CAS is 107-43-7, melting point is  water solubility is 160g/100ml, its shape and property is that the betaine is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline, neutral, good stability and mobility. the betaine is a kind of white hygroscopic powder or crystalline, PH=0.8~1.2.
