Tom yum has chili pasta basic which gives it its distinct red color, whereas tom yum chicken has rich chicken broth fragrance. It is great recipe! Only one tablespoon of tom yum chicken, you will be impressed in strong fragrance.

 

Ingredients:

1. Glass noodles(Mung bean, potato, water).
2. Vegetable sachet: dehydrated chicken chunk, dehydrated straw mushroom, dehydrated fitweed, and dehydrated chili.
3. Sauce sachet: water, paste, sugar, kaffir lime leaves, chili, salt, sunflower oil, lime juice, coriander, galangal, lemon grass, modified tapioca starch, citric acid and flavor enhancer.

Instructions

 

1. Pull lid & film back, add soup sachet into the cup. Pour boiling water up to the indicated line, close film and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
2. Remove film. Mix well and enjoy. To add chili powder or water as you wish.
