          1-       Buyer  issues LOI

            2-   S eller issues  SCO

3-    Buyer issues ICPO with BCL .

4-      Seller issues FCO.

  5-    Buyer signs and returns FCO signed and sealed.

6-     Seller issues Draft Contract open for revision.

7-     Buyer reviews, signs and returns contract.  

8-     Seller signs contract and sends copy to Buyer.

9-     Buyer issues LC, irrevocable, transferable, assignabel issued or confirmed by top 50  bank  , payable 100% at site, for entire amount of transaction.

10-   Shipment commences within  30-45 days after SWIFTing of LC.
