B ees wax is a product of the bee hive which is secreted by 12 to 18 days old worker bees, from wax glands beneath segments six o nine of the abdomen. Beeswax is the "building materials" for honeycomb and sealing the ripened honey. It is widely used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, fragrant candles, polish, waterproofing and to make foundation comb for beehives.
