This line has been imported from Italian food machinery manufacturing companies of Asepsystem and Bertocchi, and was established in 2003 by our technical people and with cooperation of expeditionary experts from Italy, to produce:
Puree of stone fruits such as peach, apricot,Puree of without stones fruits like apple, pear, strawberries,?
Puree of different vegetables like carrot, garlic, onion, celery, green pepper, gourd , eggplant?
This line is capable of receiving 10 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables per hour.
Process:
Incoming fruits to the plant are transferred to receiving unit just after being weighed and approved by quality control experts.
Fruits are discharged into still pools for primary washing and eliminating excessive materials.
Then, after secondary washing, trained workers in sorting tables, separate and pick the inferior.
High quality fruits are conveyed to the next stage that called "CX Extractor"(stone fruits are destined first) through which while fruits are being crushed, they pass primary filler and become changed into puree and then immediately enter to an EOS system for blanching.
After enzyme treatment, the puree passes a secondary system called "HX Extractor" and finally
will be packed aseptic with natural brix or concentrated with certain brix
(based upon certain customers demands or the factory own requirements for further uses as nectar).
