Delivery:
Delivery is on a 2 week basis in Pretoria and JHB. The Waterman is based in Pretoria and the city is divided in zones and each zone has a particular day every second week.Each customer will always get sufficient bottles for two weeks usage plus one. This ensures that you will always have enough supply until the next delivery. This quantity is adjusted all the time to suit your consumption needs. Normally we agree with the customer on where he leaves his empties and we then exchange the amount of empties left for full bottles. Statements are then sent to all customers at the end of each month.

Production process:
Reverse Osmosis: This Filter process ensure water is free from all bacteria, viruses, pesticides and waterborne parasites. (Cryptosporidium and Guardia cysts, these cause Typhoid and Cholera).
Ozone injection: Ozone( O3) is an excited form of oxygen(O2), that will destroy or oxidize any bacteria that may be left in the bottle, cap or water. This ensures that the water is absolutely pure and once sealed, is safe for a year. The Ozone reverts to Oxygen in a few hours and will leave you the consumer with extra oxygen in the water.
Water is then filled in 19 litre returnable bottles. The filling line washes the bottle, rinses it with purified water, fills the bottle and seals it. Nowhere in the process is the bottle or water touched by hand. This ensures that no secondary contamination is introduced.
