Purple sweet potato red pigment is from flower plants of the genus sweet potatoes, spin of natural edible pigment extracted by the anthocyanins, flavonoids composition. Product for the purple liquid or powder, soluble in water and aqueous, insoluble in oil, no water ethanol.
The tonal and stability PH influence by: acidic with stable red or purple; Neutral with blue; Alkaline with unstable green.
Range of use: apply to wine, preparation of carbonated drinks, juice (taste) beverages, jam, candy, color or complementary color.
Packing specification: liquid with polyethylene food barrels, powder with aluminum foil bag in with carton packaging. Also may according to the customer request to measure and packaging.
Storage conditions: seal, avoid light, dry, shady and cool place is saved.
