Quadro Comil model 198-0064 used in the production of chocolate crumb. Part Of complete liquidation of a large chocolate plant
Chocolate crumb is produced by mixing sweetened condensed milk with Cocoa Liquor to form a cocoa mass. This cocoa mass is processed in large FMC plasticizing mills to form a dry crumb. It is then conveyed to these Quadro Comils to be milled to a uniform size.
These mills are in good shape and still set up to operate.
