The albumen powder of 1kg contains the dried content of 240-260 eggs. To use, stir clear one weight portion of our Albumen Powder with 8 weight portion drinking-water. Packages of 10 kgs and 3 kgs are available in paperbags sheathed with PET foil.
The Vitellus/Egg-yolk Powder of 1 KG contains the dried content of 120-140 eggs. To use, stir clear one weight portion of our Egg-yolk Powder with 1.3 weight portion drinking-water. Packages of 10 kgs are available in paperbags sheathed with PET foil.
