WINEMAKING

Varietal wine obtained from ripe grapes from our vineyards, which after having been picked by hand are transported in boxes to preserve the clusters from any damage. A meticulous selection of the fruits is made later and they are transported towards the fermentation deposits where wine is elaborated with a controlled temperature and with the most advanced oenological techniques.

The wine is introduced into French and American oak barrels which provide it with spice, coffee, Vanilla and coconut flavors. This way we obtain the best characteristics at the end of the 12 months the wine remains in the barrels.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Ripe cherry red color. Ripe black fruits aromas, like plum, Blackberry or cherry. Reminiscence of liquorices, cocoa, coffee and spices, which confer complexity and elegance on it. Intense tannins, lasting and pleasant.
Recommended for aging thanks its very positive evolution.
