The Quick Aged Spirit comes from the grain spirit from the pot stills. This is either filtered for more neutral base or used as is. The spirit is treated with oak chips to obtain organoleptic properties similar to aged grain whisky. No artificial or chemical flavouring is added. The spirit can be bottled as is or aged further for grain whisky.
