quinoa Real is an organic grain, indigenous to Bolivia, due to the unique combination of very high altitude and warm prevalent climate. Richer in Protein than other major Cereals and grains and containing all the essential amino acids, quinoa has also  a high-fiber content. It is low in fat and when compared to rice or wheat, is higher in calcium, phosphorous, iron and B-vitamins.

Used as an ingredient in soups, casseroles, or as a breakfast cereal, among others. Due to its importance to the ancient Incas, they referred to it as the mother grain.
