Ingredients :-
Salt, Palm Fat, Sugar, Meat and Fat, Cornstarch, Maltodekstrin, Soya Sauce, Spices. Contains Yeast Extract, Sodium Inosinate and Guanylate. Contains Permitted Flavouring (contains Egg, Wheat), Citric Acid, Of Plant and Synthetic Origin.
Preparation :-
2 tsp oil
2cm ginger, sliced
3 pcs garlic, sliced
300g chicken meat, deboned and cut in pieces
1.75 litre water
1 pc QWOK Cube
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
3 cups diced vegetables (potatoes, carrot, celery, cauliflower, mushroom, cabbage, etc)
Cooking Instructions :-
1.Heat oil. Fry garlic and ginger until light golden brown. Add chicken meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add water, QWOK Cube, salt, white pepper and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is soft.
2.Add vegetables carrots and potatoes first and cook. After 10 minutes, add other vegetables celery, cauliflower, mushrooms and etc. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
