It is one of the products manufactured by our company L. B. A. It is completely naturally sundried and supplied in hygienic packages as demande by the buyers. It is good for daily eating. The long shelf life of product provides an importand advantage and makes it available durring whole year.
SULTANA RAISIN PRODUCTION PROCESS
The fresh Sultana variety seedless grapes is dipped in alkaline olive oil emulsion and sun dried. The product consist of good sound berries, typical of the current crop whic have been sun dried and stored under satisfactory conditions before processing.
The fruit will be sized, destemmed, screened, washed in potable water, aspirated and static picked to remove defects and foreign matter.
The fruits are filled in hygienic plastic crates and sent to static picking department where fruit is controlled on a white laminated table under bright light. Table picking is performed depending on buyers specifactions.
Finally the sultanas are carried into telescopic cartoon boxes with blue polythelene liners.10 or 12.5 KG. Sultanas are filled in each carton that is scanned by a metal detector and coded for tracebility.
