PROCEDURES: 1. Buyer sends ICPO with probe authority + signed NCNDA 2. Seller sends FCO to Buyer 3. Buyer signs and seals FCO to show his approval 4. Seller sends draft contract for negotiation 5.. Seller/Buyer approves the Final Draft and signs the electronic version 6. Seller prepares the original contract + the proforma invoice and sent to Buyer 7. Buyer returns the original contract sign to the seller 8. Buyer issues the Pre- 9. Seller checks the Pre-advice LC and confirm to buyer within 5 working days. 10. Buyer’s bank MT799 SWIFT message with commitment to send the LC to seller’s bank. 11. Seller sends bank-to-bank partial POP 12. Buyer’s bank issues the non 13. POP is sent + shipment commences in accordance with the agreed schedule
