We are a collective of beekeepers in Andalucía, Southern Spain. The majority of our honey is single varietal, i.e from the pollination a single flower species. Each carries its own distinct colour, aroma and complex flavour depending on the type of flower pollinated and the location of the beehives. We place a strong emphasis on careful bee husbandry, quality and traceability. Our honey is not blended with honey from different areas or beekeepers and is 100% pure. Guaranteed.
