    a. 50% Advance by T/T of total Purchase Contract Order value and balance 50% by Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight of invoice value issued from an International bank such as Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Citibank, or any prime bank; or

   b. 50% Advance by T/T of total Purchase Contract Order value and balance 50% of invoice value by T/T upon fax of Bill of Lading document, Packing List and Commercial Invoice.

e. Leadtime: 2-3 weeks upon receipt of Purchase Contract Order and 50% downpayment
