  RBD Palm Olein is obtained from fractionating Refined Palm Oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (stearin).
  
  - INTENDED USE:
  RBD Palm Olein is used as cooking oil as well as frying oil for food industriessuch as snack food and ready-to-eat food. It is also used as a raw material formargarine and shortening.

 

100% Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Olein , used for salad dressing, spices, frying, cooking, high-grade dishes or vegetarian courses...

- SPECIFICATIONS:

• + Free Fatty Acid : 0.1 % max.
• + Iodine value (Wjis) : 56 - 58 - 60 min
• + Moisture and impurities : 0.1 % max
• + Colour index (5.25" Lovibond cell) : 3 red 20 Yellow max
• + Saponification Value (AOCS Cd 3-25) : 190-205

• + Peroxide Value (at time of shipment) : 2 Meq/Kg max.

• + Clouding Point :  10-8-6 Deg C Max.

• + Melting point (AOCS Cc3-25) : 21-24 Deg C Max.
