1. The equipment is made of 316L or 304 high quality stainless steel. The inner wall adopts mechanical polishing and the outer wall adopts 304 full welding structure for heat preservation. The exterior surface adopts mirror polishing or matte treatment.
2. Jacket forms: including full jacket, semicircular coil pipe jacket and honeycomb jacket.
3. Heat preservation materials: filled pearl cotton, rock wool or PU foam.
4. Blending device: top center (eccentric) blending or side blending;blending paddle forms: frame type, anchor type, push type, blade type, turbine type and etc.
5. Blending rotation speed: 10~120r/min (fixed speed) or allocated with stepless speed adjustment and frequency conversion speed adjustment.
6. Liquid level indicator: wide bar-shaped tempered sight glass and etc.
7. Equipment configurations: rapid open type manhole, sight glass, view lamp, thermometer (digital indication type or dial plate type), sampling vent, air spiracle, CIP cleaner, liquid material inlet and outlet, spare vent, cold and hot media inlet and outlet and etc.
8. Vessel sterilizing mode: SIP (121) is available.

The process of edge turning arc transition is adopted at the places where the internal tank body is welded with all inlet and outlet pipe mouths, sight glasses, manholes and other technological holes, which are smooth with easy cleaning, beautiful appearance and without dead corner. The design of water dripping edge can be made for the shell according to requirements.
