Red Pepper: The red peppers are grown in Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş, after harvesting they are dried in a very short time. Contrary to traditional methods, they are dried in special ovens and do not contain Alpha toxins which can cause cancer.
Product sizes: Usually the red peppers are sold in 20 kg cloth bags, but if you like, they can be sold in other sizes to suit your needs.
