    The milder seasonal conditions in the 2003 vintage have produced this medium bodied cabernet sauvignon merlot in the classic margaret river style. The nose displays blackcurrants mixed with mocha and dark chocolate, and a floral aroma reminiscent of violets. The berry flavours continue through to the palate, with french oak characters providing structure and a smooth texture. This style will further develop in the bottle for up to seven years.
