Detailed introduction to Red wine - CH.DE SALES:
De Sales has the most largest vineyard in the Appellation. The wine they produce have the attribute of pure elegant and jucy yet silky fruit taste. No consistant quality improvement was found from the wines made in between 1980's and 1990's. However, the recent vintages are exceptional. It is not too powerful, fruit forward, and oaky big wine, but has potential to evolve through another 10 to 12 years. We, Enoteca, have been selling Ch. de Sales for long time. It is not much spotlighted but has stable good qulaity and reasonable price which maintain the populatility of the wine among our customers.
