The 100% oak aging offers good structure and subtle tannins followed by full aromas and flavors of ripe Cherries and Blackberry with a hint of anise. This Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent companion to roast pork or lamb during the main course or for dessert try it with a good Stilton.
