The Cocao is NOT high temperature resistant offered by other Ordinary manufactures. Well land's Cocao husk pigment natural pigment have excellent heat resistance, which can be applied in all kinds of food.
Dark brown powder, no smell and taste, slightly bitter, easy to soluable in water and dilute ethanol solution.Water solution appeared in chocolate colour. Sediment will be occurred under PH 4 and the solution colour deepened with PH increasing. The heat resistance, oxidability resistance, light resistance have good performance. Strong colour adhensive on starch & protein, especially better on starch compared to caramel colour.
It can be dissolved in water and alcohol solution easily, but not in oil.Color of solution changes when PH is different.The powder can't absorb moisture and can't form solid if store well.
