Applied example
A. Formula
BREAD FLOUR 100%, sugar 20%, egg 16%, Milk Powder 3%, leaven 1%, additive 0.5%, salt 1%,”kangermei" health A+ butter16%, water about 40%.
B. Production technology
1.Stir paste into 90% extension.
2.Loosen the paste for 30 minutes, then make them into Olive-shape, scratch on its surface.
3.Ferment the paste until 2 times size. Then brush egg liquid on its surface, then scratch lightly on former scratch. Finally put it in stove and roast it.
