4-      BUYER WITHIN 5 BANKING DAYS OPENS A NON-OPERATIVE ARDLC, IRREVOKABLE, CONFIRMED,  NON -TRANSFERABLE ALONG WITH SBLC FOR 1 MONTH’S VALUE OF THE CONTRACT FROM ONE OF THE TOP 50 PRIME BANK

5-      SELLER WITHIN 10 DAYS ISSUES  POP THIS ACTIVATES THE SBLC AND  2% PB THIS ACTIVATES THE ARDLC
