This powder is a mix of milk powder, whey and high quality palm and coconut oil. Long shelf-life without rancid features, not greasy in touch which does not make daubing when applying in food industry.
Composition of the products enables for changing full cream milk with no limits and problems.
Owing to connection milk fat with vegetable fat in the production process finds a wide use in the whole food industry, includes higher level of indispensable saturated fatty acids than ordinary fat cream milk. Through the range of melting fat in the temperature between 2732ºC this product is used especially and a supplement in food industry, bakery for all types of cookies, for production of fillings and cing, in Confectionery industry mainly for chocolates, for production of ice-creams, milk drinks and others, where application of this product is favourable.
