• With High temperature protection and temperure control,this kinds of fryers are more safe and easy to handle.

 

• Designed for deep fat frying of meat, fish,chicken , specialities and vegetable (pommes frites, chips) in hot oil.

•Oil temperature is regulated stepless between 135°C and 190°C by a thermostat .

 

• Short heating-up time (from 20 to 180°C approximately 10 minutes).   Thanks to its high inherent performance the minimum temperature would decrease after input of food. Deep oil sump with generously dime nsioned cold zone for the collection of frying residues.

 

• All appliances conform to ruling European safety and hygiene standards and are H marked. CE approved.

• Stainless steel heating elements that fold out of the bath with self-locking.
