Machine Pressing

 

With more than 15 machine pressing production line with 100000kg out put per day , we can make glass bottles , glass vases, glass fruit dishes, glass bowls ,glass jars ,glass ashtraies, glass candy jars, glass ice cream holders, glass cups, glass crisper etc. we had made lots of bottles for china famouse white wine brand such as Maotai,Wuliangye,Fenjiu,Guojiao,Jiangjing,Sixiantaibai,shuijingfang,Jiannanchun,Liuyanghe etc, and also had made lots of vodaka ,whisky bottles for Russina, American ect market.

 

 

 

      

 

 

 

Annealing Furnace 

 

 

 

We have 6 annealing furnaces for annealing the glass products and decaling. the highest temperature is500-600°C degress, so the decaling logos and flowers on the cup can not easy to be washed off or scraping,they can be washed by the wash machings .

 

 

 

 

Packaging & Shipping

  

 

Quality Checking and Packing

 

 

By strict quality checking for 3 processes, and never used the recycle materials.in order to keep the products safety ,we have professional inner card box packing and strong exprot master cartons packing . the packing can print customers OEM logos and shipping marks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ware House:

 

 

With large ware house space , we can keep 100 containers production in the same tine , and with clean environment,they can keep clean and dry for the cartons.
