Quantity        :           Minimum order 10x20’Fcl (250 Mt, 5% more or less).

Specification   :         As per thai rice Export Standard.
Shipment        :         During July 2010.

Payment :         By an Irrevocable and confirmed L/C at sight opened to our favour within 3 (Three) banking days

Inspection/Survey/Fumigation    :       By a single independent surveyor at Seller cost.
(By CPS or COTECNA on seller account. Otherwise will be charged on buyer’s account)

Validity Date   :       15 June 2010 (@ 17:00 BKK Time)

Remarks :      
               - In case of fumigation for cargo fumigation required more dose than usual, or the relevant expenses/charges are for buyer’s account.
               - Weight/Quality/Quantity/Packing/Fumigation/Inspection all final at loading port and time as per certificates issued.
               - New printing’s block develops charge for buyer’s brand subject to buyer’s account.
               - Any request for extra required document /certificate subject to buyer’s account.
               - Otherwise as per our usual practice, terms and conditions.
