Ka-La-Mae is a northern Thai sweet made from flour, Coconut Milk and sugar. It is stirred in a big pan until it becomes a stick paste, Ka-La-Mae is served as a sneck with varieties of Flavors such as coffee, durian, Tey leaf (herb) and sesame seeds.
