The selected rice flour FN- is a completely natural product resulting from the milling of grain broken milled rice previously selected.

Rice flour has a smooth texture with cooking and white. It is a product hypoallergenic and nontoxic to people with celiac disease (which can be used as a substitute of Wheat Flour in the preparation of gluten-free products).

Among its applications include the encapsulation of flavoring essences, vehicle additives, porridge, diet shakes, bread, pasta, milk drink, sauces, tomato, meat products and institutional foods such as soups, porridges and creams.
