I ngredients: Rice flour, water
Fine vermicelli-like Rice Noodles that are perfect for a wide range of Vietnamese dishes.
To cook: rinse with water then cook in boiling water fro 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse again. Drain off excess water then mix wiht a little oil to stop sticking before stir frying, use with most kind of asian soups.
