Generally, Japanese ramen uses fish soup stock. This is rich seafood flavor soy sauce ramen. It uses lots of dried bonito and added dried sardine, mackerel and Konbu which creates Umami. This soy sauce ramen soup has the very strong impact of the dried bonito.

 

Instructions:  Mix 36ml of Noukou niboshi tare (AB-798) and 360cml of chicken soup stock.

♦ How to make soup  "Rich dried fish sauce (AB-798) "  

1. Pour the product into a stainless steel container. Prepare a bowl for Ramen.                                                    2. Pour 36ml of the Noukou niboshi tare (AB-798) into the bowl.                                                                              3. If you like, adding 15ml of special ingredients oil for more of grilled dried fish flavor.                                          4. Pour 360ml of heated pork and chicken soup stock into the bowl.                                                                       5. Mix them well.                                                                                                                                                      6. Cook some noodles and drain them then, place into the soup.                                                                         *** BBQ pork, bamboo shoots, spring onion and fish powder are toppings.

  



 

♦  Basic instruction for using Japanese ingredients oil

With adding oil, more of grilled dried fish will be added for goodness flavour.

1. With the room temperature, Lard is in the state of white solid form. It need to be boiled with 80 degree water.

1.  For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
