VARIETIES : 60 % SYRAH, 20% GRENACHE, 20% MOURVEDRE VINIFICATION : Carbonic maceration with long vatting ( 20 days ). AGEING AND PACKAGING : Ageing in vat. Estate bottled in Roquebrun Bottle. TASTING : Our gold cuvee Generous tears on a rubis robe, this wine presents greedy notes of blackberry and raspberry. In the mouth, rounds tannins are a sign of well ageing. The attack is rich, a well balanced palate and a long finale with fruits aromas.
