Veroni mortadellas are all made of pure pork, in line with tradition and with the most modern nutritional trends. In the roll shape, they are available encased in sewn natural membrane and in synthetic membrane.
The weights vary, for whole mortadellas, from 4 kg to about 50 kg , in accordance to the type, a packaged whole or a half. The mixtures available are: normal, with half the lard and with pistachio.
