It needs to bake 10 minutes in the oven and the Rosca is ready to be served. Zurita was the inventor of these products and won the Innovation Prize 2006 which is awarded by the vote of 10.000 consumers. We are the market leader with a 47% market share with our brand in Spain. The Rosca is chilled and has a shelf-life of 35 days from production. We produce 2 formats, a 200g / 225g and a 400g / 450g version.
