PRODUCTION PROCESS
this cheese is matured a cheese maturing prepared storage over 60-days.
It is covered with a layer of natural Rosemay leaves. It is vacuum-packed to keep the cheese coated in the Rosemary.

BODY: Ivory white in colour
AERATION: Very few with irregular
