Working principle  of black pepper vibrating screen machine :

 

1. It has a vertical vibrating motor as vibration source.(single phase or three phase,you can choose according to your needs)

 

2. There are two eccentric blocks fixed at the upper and bottom of the motor,which turn the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal vertical inclined three dimensional movement,then deliver the motion to the sifter.

 

3. Three dimensional movement makes material jump up and down so that the screening effect is achieved.

 

4. By adjusting the phase angle ,can change the trajectory of materials in the sifter.
