Tasting notes: cherry red coloured wine with body, very intense regarding red fruit’s aromas and liquorice; it presents various shades. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent maintaining the fruit and tannins vivid and silky.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION :
Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Vineyards: 30 years old. Lime soil, ungrafted vines cultivation without use of manure. Altitude 850 m above sea level and 400l/m2 pluviometry.
Alcoholic fermentation: 17 days in average under controlled temperature.
Malolactic fermentation: carried out in stainless steel tanks.
