Sangiovese Grosso.and Merlot are the selected grapes to produce the taste of Sant'Antimo Rosso.
The 2004 Rosso Sant'Antimo (next year will be 2005 and so on afterwards is 100% Sangiovese that has not been aged in oak after fermenting in steel vats.
The result is a wine that is young yet robust, flavorful, fresh and fruity with hints of fresh fruit, and pairs well with a wide variety of foods.
