From the rugged, mountainous Nagano Prefecture, this full flavored Saké is made in the Kimoto process - a traditional technique that requires lots of hands-on attention and care in brewing and results in richer and deeper flavors. The Kurosawa shows lovely melon, Hazelnut and earth tones. It's a great Saké to pair with Ahi tuna, Ginger beef, sweet & sour pork, or other full-flavored Asian dishes.
