SAL de IBIZA, "Granito" contains no form of anti-caking or pouring agent. Nevertheless, it remains easy to pour simply by virtue of being slightly coarser than regular table salt. Keep the container closed and store in a dry place. Use as normal table salt.
The extraction of natural sea-salt on the island of Ibiza dates back to over 2700 years ago.
