The Salad oil is a blend of extra virgin olive oil and vegetable oil. Its sale is prohibited in Spain and in most countries producers of olive oil. It can not be considered as healthy as a 100% olive proceeding product but it can been seen as an oil with a competitive price and a pleasant touch of olive oil.
