The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with all necessary shipment instructions but not later than in 7 days before the date of every shipment of the Goods. 4.6. The passing of ownership and risks of loss or damage of goods from Seller to Buyer occurs after the goods pass the snip's rail at the port of shipment.
