Our air-dried radish are harvested in Gansu, Inner Mongolia and Liaoning Provinces, as well as others. They are of good quality due to these growingarea?s big difference in temperature between day and night as well as their pure water sources.
Due to their dry and cool climates in autumn, our radish is soft, completely air-dried and have white skins.
