Salted sesame sticks snack
Sesame Sticks are wheat based fully fried sesame seed containing snack item. It is typically a flat chip with 3 – 4 cm in length and about 1 – 1.5 cm in width with an uneven thickness of 0.3 – 0.5 cm. The basic flavor is salt but other Flavors and shapes are also being made to meet the market needs. It’s a fully cooked wheat dough based product with very low water activity making it shelf-stable RTE (Ready To Eat) tasty snack product.
