SAN MATIAS coffee is a manually grown product,manually harvested, medium roasted an packed by Cafexcoop, (Federation Member) under the Colombian Coffee Federation technical guidelines, and is in no way manipulated by us. So there won't be "Blended" or "Mixed" coffees, but 100% Arabica Colombian Coffee of the highest quality. All this will be certified with the concerning paperwork. The Juan Valdez logo is printed in our bags as a warranty of the high quality of the Coffee. Colombian coffee is well known worldwide for its mild nature, smoothness, its high acidity, heavy body, and its aromatic intensity.
